Ключ пришел сразу. Активировал в Ubisoft Connect без проблем в RU регионе.
P.S.: На Windows 11 для запуска нужно отключить оптимизацию во весь экран на exe файле (Свойства-Совместимость).
Версия на английском языке, решается установкой русификатора.
