Купил, зашел на аккаунт вроде норм, захожу в онлайн а там бан. Это не очень продавать аккаунт с онлайном и с баном в придачу. Хотелось бы обменять на рабочий или вернуть средства.

Продавец мошенник. Он не дает доступ к почте к аккаунту Epic Games. поэтому вы не можете изменить адрес электронной почты учетной записи Epic Games. По истечении 2-месячной гарантии он возвращает учетную запись, сбросив пароль с прикрепленным к учетной записи электронным письмом.
Seller is a scammer. He doesn't give mail access of epic games account. so you can't change epic games account email. After finishing 2 months warranty, he takes back the account by resetting the password with the account attached email.
Update : Seller is lying. If I have posted fake feedback after taking mail access, Plati admin would have already cancelled my feedback.
