Всё хорошо, столкнулись с проблемами, но не по вине продавца, терпеливо помог с чем мог, за что спасибо большое. Возможно кому-то будет полезно знать заранее, что после покупки войти (впервые на одном айпи) в стим-аккаунт можно будет только с помощью продавца, а диалог можно вести только прямо на сайте.

Всё отлично, аккаунт получил. Изначально была небольшая путаница, но в итоге аккаунт на месте. Если что-то изменится, добавлю к этому комментарию больше информации.
