Здравствуйте. Вы купили 2 кода. Если вы перед покупкой активировали код на такую же награду, то естественно и эти у вас не получается активировать. И ошибка у вас как на втором скриншоте отправленном вам, что как бы намекает, что код не использованный, а просто награда за него у вас уже получена.
